WorldServerNetworks is a privately held web hosting company specializing in Linux web Hosting, Linux and Windows VPS Servers and Dedicated Servers. Our mission is to give outstanding customer support and a fast and reliable network with many features at an affordable price. We will not sacrifice network reliability for financial gain. We place performance before profit, and continually monitor all our servers performance and loads 24/7. We are not resellers, we run and manage our own servers.
Apart from keeping a great uptime our primary concern is support, we are aware that without fantastic support we have nothing therefore we spend time and money on training and providing the best support staff we possibly can giving you total peace of mind. Our support times are always extremely impressive with our estimated wait time for any support request around 30 minutes. We do not profess to be the best web host or even provide the best support but we try our best and our customers agree that we succeed where others fail!
MEET THE TEAM
Mike - Executive Director
Mike has been with WorldServerNetworks since inception and is one of the founders. and currently runs the day to day operations. He is not new to the webhosting industry and has been involved since early 1999 when he first set up his own design and hosting company. Mike's is a formidable web designer and is also a skilled linux admin.
Claire - Executive Director
Claire joined WorldServerNetworks in 2007 before we even had a website, at that point we ran a number of other hosting companies which we still do, she quickly identified how WorldServerNetworks should play a roll within our other businesses and has been the lead developer to give WorldServerNetworks a public front end. Her backgound is within web hosting, marketing and design, she ran her own marketing company prior to joining WorldServerNetworks.
Walker - Administration & Billing Director
Walker joined WorldServerNetworks and our subsidiaries in 2007, he is non technical and oversees our team of financial and business administrators. He came to us from a financial backgound within the banking sector and became director in late 2008.
Jenny - Systems Administrator
A fully trained linux admin, Jenny has been with WorldServerNetworks and our subsidiary companies since mid 2006. Together with Joe she ensures that our servers are available 24/7 and provides training to our support teams, she also works many hours on customer support and can provide a fast response to technical problems.
Joe - Systems Admin & Support manager
Joe has been involved with linux servers for 8 years now and has worked for WorldServerNetworks for 2 years. He works alongside Jenny maintaining our servers and at the same time managing our support teams. If you submit a support ticket chances are you will eventually speak to Joe or Jenny.
Ryan - Team Leader
Ryan is part of our dedicated team of enthusiastic support specialists and the lead support technician. Providing support for all customers, Ryan has been within our group of companies for the past 3 years. He is knowledgeable within most aspects of webhosting, vps servers and dedicated servers and is always eager to help.
Greg - Support Team Leader
Gregs main role is providing ongoing training to our support teams and motivating all teams to maintain our fast response times, he has been involved in customer service for 17 years and has a wealth of experience in providing high quality support.
